How Many Toilets Do I Need for My Event?

One of the most common questions we are asked is “How many toilets should I rent for my event/party?” The number of toilets depends on many factors, including the size and makeup of the audience as well as the length and details of the event. 

 

We normally recommend 1 unit per 100 people for smaller gatherings. For a larger event, see the chart for guidelines in determining how many toilets may be required. If your audience is more than 50% women, increase the number of units by that same percentage. If alcoholic beverages are served at your event, we recommend increasing the number of units by 13%.

Each toilet is fully stocked with paper products, hand sanitizer, and pleasant-smelling deodorizer. Depending on the length of your event and the size of your crowd, our team will be on site to clean and refresh the restrooms as necessary.
