Walters Services is here to help make your event a success. From initial contact to the end of your event, our team works to ensure you have adequate facilities, that those facilities are maintained, and that your guests have a great experience.
Our knowledgeable team will help you determine the right number of portable toilets for your anticipated crowd, as well as help you think through any additional products which may be helpful to you. Our delivery personnel will place the units where you desire, making sure they are firmly in place and level.
When it comes to cleanliness, nobody beats our standards. Every portable restroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at our shop. Upon delivery, the toilets are wiped down inside and outside. Each toilet is fully stocked with paper products, hand sanitizer, and pleasant-smelling deodorizer. Depending on the length of your event and the size of your crowd, our team will be on site to clean and refresh the restrooms as necessary. That way, guests can enjoy their time and event coordinators can focus on creating the best experience possible.
One of the most common questions we are asked is “How many toilets should I rent for my event/party?” The number of toilets depends on many factors, including the size and makeup of the audience as well as the length and details of the event.
We normally recommend 1 unit per 100 people for smaller gatherings. For a larger event, see the chart for guidelines in determining how many toilets may be required. If your audience is more than 50% women, increase the number of units by that same percentage. If alcoholic beverages are served at your event, we recommend increasing the number of units by 13%.
Numerous studies have shown the direct impact clean facilities can have on the length of stay at an event. In most cases, having access to temporary restrooms increased a family’s stay by nearly 200%. Portable toilets encourage your guests to stay longer and better enjoy their time at your event.
