Samantha Brant, Catering Manager for Dining Services Department at Etown College has been partnering with Walters Services since she started working for the college in 2016. Even before she joined, the college had partnered with Walters – renting luxury restroom trailers and hand washing stations for various campus events. Walters never gave the college a reason to look for another vendor.

In the fall of 2022, the college was hosting a large outdoor event and rented some luxury restroom trailers. In the middle of the event, one of the trailers ran out of water, which could have been a huge disaster! Luckily, Walters Services was just a phone call away. Samantha spoke with one of our team members who was able to get a truck out to refill the water the same day and made sure she had everything she needed before leaving again.

What types of units do you usually rent for the college or campus events?

We love their luxury restroom trailers! They’re so much nicer than regular portable toilets and make our guests feel extra special. We’ve also rented their hand washing stations (especially during COVID).

Walters has top-notch customer service. Instead of getting an answering machine or phone tree, you can call and actually talk to a human. They are very personable and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience – even if you have an emergency. They are able to quickly resupply anything you rent from them and make sure you feel comfortable before leaving.
